These General Terms and Conditions apply in case of reservations via reservation systeme belongs to Best Eastern Hotels, L.t.d. on internet sites www.travel-bratislava-hotels.com, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.sk, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.cz, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.de, and www.horesy.com. The only authorized and reserved owner of the above listed domains is Best Eastern Hotels, L.t.d. .

Reservation system
Best Eastern Hotels, L.t.d. offers to customers the possibility to make reservation for services provided by the third party, by using its reservation system. Best Eastern Hotels, L.t.d. does not provide any travel services for which it would have been responsible alone. By ways of reservation system on internet sites www.travel-bratislava-hotels.com, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.sk, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.cz, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.de, and www.horesy.com, you therefore make with Best Eastern Hotels, L.t.d. only provider agreement in compliance with the Civil Code of SR.

Every reservation from authorization of customer, Best Eastern Hotels, L.t.d. provides to the chosen hotel. Providing and room reservations via reservation system on internet sites www.travel-bratislava-hotels.com, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.sk, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.cz, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.de, and www.horesy.com is free. Best Eastern Hotels, L.t.d. preserves the right restrict or disallow further sale of room reservation provide by reservation system belongs to Best Eastern Hotels, L.t.d.. It is also disapproved toprovide contingents to the rooms to a third person for higher prices than it is offered on internet sites www.travel-bratislava-hotels.com, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.sk, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.cz, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.de, and www.horesy.com. It is further inadmissible to withdraw and sell claims of teh hotels to the third party. Reservation process, rates and hotel classification
The agreement on particular services, rights and obligations coined in the agreement on accommodations is made directly with the institution offering accommodatios and other services, in this case Best Eastern Hotels, L.t.d. is only as travel agent.
Booking of the rooms and other services is part of the reservation act itself and is valid without any hardcopy confirmation. Reservation confirmations and confirmation other order services will be sent to customer´s e-mail address of which customer submitted in reservation act. From technical viewpoint, Best Eastern Hotels, L.t.d. can not check, if the e-mail was received by the customer or not.

All rates are agreed upon and valid for all reservations via internet sites www.travel-bratislava-hotels.com, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.sk, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.cz, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.de, and www.horesy.com. Reservation is made for the most advantageous and for the lowest rates, available in the reservation system for the particular date. All rates are for one room and night, in some cases rates is include breakfast, in some not (see room and hotel descriptions). Different terms apply for weekends. Rates are with local VAT included. In some cases are local fee included in room rates, in some not. These conform to the local regulations and may change, therefore are not binding.

In case that hotel is fully booked and reservation was already confirmed client may reclaim supplementary accommodation at least in the hotel at the same category. The hotel is obligated to pay possible difference in the price.

For this reason Best Eastern Hotels Ltd. Is not responsible for data descibed in the presentations of each hotel.

Guarantee of reservation
All reservations provide via online reservation system on internet sites www.travel-bratislava-hotels.com, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.sk, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.cz, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.de, and www.horesy.com are guarantee by customer´s credit card information. In this case are reservations allways guaranteed and hotel have to accept it. Without fill this information about customer´s credit card in reservation act, is not possible successfully ended reservation process. CC details is using only as a guarantee of reservation, and payment process will be made directly in chosen hotel by check-in or by check-out, if not stated differently in the reservation.

Earliest check-in to hotel is default after 2 p.m. and check-out from hotel till 11 a.m. (local time). If client knows that he will arrive later than 6 pm he is obliged to inform hotel receptionist about this fact and write it down in column: Notes.

Cancellation policy and modification policy of reservation
Cancellation policy and modification policy of reservation are displayed individual for each hotel and are displayed by presentation of hotel and by reservation process. The client by making and confirming the reservation accept all general conditions. The cancelation of the reservation or modification is possible within 24 hours for free after that time hotel may charge client for the price of one night. Hotel with charge it from clients credit card.

Problems can be avoided by submitting any cancellation or reservation changes via internet sites www.travel-bratislava-hotels.com, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.sk, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.cz, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.de, and www.horesy.com, where customer can find link for acces to their reservation. For successfully cancell or change of reservation is needs to fill in Guest´s secret number, Hotel confirmation number and e-mail address on which customer received confirmation of reservation. All those informations was received with confirmation of reservation to customer´s e-mail address. About successfully cancell or change of reservation will be customer and hotel inform by e-mail at the same time. By successfull cancellation,the customer obtains a cancellation number. This number is a valid document, please preserve it. In the case of very special conditions that do not aloved client to change or cancel the reservation via web- sites: www.travel-bratislava-hotels.com, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.sk, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.cz, www.travel-bratislava-hotels.de, and www.horesy.com, it is in the client interest to contact hotel by phone or fax on the numbers that are mentioned on the reservation confirmation or to contact the Best Eastern Hotels Ltd. on info@horesy.com.

Best Eastern Hotels, L.t.d. preserves the right cancell reservation in following cases:
- e-mail address using by reservation act was use more than once by irregular reservations
- data shown and customer´s CC details was use in past by irregular reservations and was invalid

Data security
Data submited by the customer in reservation process are transmission electronically by HTTPS and are encrypt by SSL method (secure socket layer). These are passed to only in range that suffices the reservation and not for any other purpose. The Best Eastern Hotels Ltd. is respecting effective rules about protection of personal data and doesnt provide data to the third parties without client approval and it used them only for internal needs.
When used for statistical purpose, no personal data are cited. All information and data are processed very carrefully, on the other site the Best Eastern Hotel Ltd. is not responsible for mistaked generated while entering and transmiting of data cause by third parties.
